I'm a new customer. They've already missed my 2nd ever delivery date. I'd hoped the negative reviews were just old an irrelevant, but now I'm starting to think 1-2 stars AND cancellation are in the very near future.
A great company who values their customers! Try them you will not be disappointed!
They make mistakes on your account every time they pick up your empty water bottles. Mountain valley bottles are $30 each plus $30 deposit. So you lose quite a bit of money when you order 3 or 4 bottles and they make mistakes. Delivery is $13 each time They charge $6 if you pay with credit card or if you use auto pay!!! The wait on the phone is 45 minutes to 1 hour to speak to a customer sales representative! It’s less expensive to buy from the store. I have had mostly positive experiences in the past 10 years of using their services. Water quality is better than anything else. There were a few hiccups in correct deliveries when we moved houses this year but the customer service center was very helpful and fixed the issues right away.
