Have not had service since December.... not call not show. Why buy out another company when you can't handle your business.
TERRIBLE! We have moved and tried canceling our service for two months, no one calls back, no one answers the phone, there is no way to cancel! Read other reviews and apparently this is an ongoing problem/scam
One of the worst companies ever. Their system is rigged to avoid letting you cancel your account. Then I finally got through to a human and cancelled and they kept delivering anyways! Then I cancelled with the driver which he said was sufficient and he kept delivering! Now they won’t come and pick up their stupid bottles. They’ve been sitting in front of my house for weeks. Don’t even bother with the company, get you your 5 gallons at the supermarket.
The worst company I have ever had to deal with. They always reschedule, time after time without my knowledge. They have scheduled my first order 3 times and never show up, email or call to advise.
Told me they would be delivering for almost 2 months and never came. If you don’t service my area just say that.
