I have HAD IT with this "company" We were receiving too much water. I called in JANUARY to stop delivery. Since then, I have called 5 times to have bottles removed from my porch that are now covered in dust because they have been there so long. I have been promised call backs from the branch manager, the regional manager, etc. Nobody has contacted me. In the mean time, I have continued to receive bills accruing late fees, invoice fees, and bottle deposit fees because they seem to be unable to collect their empty bottles. I W... read more
