If I could give a negative star I would. I scheduled new service delivery option was open so I chose a Monday. Their delivery/set up window was between 12-6pm. They didn’t show up, call or email. Then it was pushed to Tuesday, same thing then pushed to Wednesday then the website said Thursday. I signed up for sparkletts water delivery at my local Costco through Primo water and the representative was very polite and helpful (so I thought), however I was given incorrect information. I specifically asked before signing up if living off of a dirt road would be an issue and I was told it would not be an issue as they deliver on dirt roads all the time. Have called 3 weeks in a row to schedule delivery and now one shows up. It has been 3 months since we recieved any water. Now they say we are past due and refuse delivery. Yikes!
Consistent delivery service, great taste, and smooth online changes or requests. Our company often mention the great quality of taste. (Local and those from out of state.) In years of service only once was delivery delayed a day.
