I signed up for water delivery through Costco and was given Sparkletts Palm Springs as the service provider. BIG MISTAKE. I had my water cooler installed in August of 2016 and paid my bill online twice. Since then I was locked out of the online billing system. I called MULTIPLE times asking for a paper bill and never recieved one.
