The people that work for the company are great but the company itself is terrible. Since it changed to sparkletts water I get nothing but billing discrepancy after billing discrepancy.
Great customer service! Delivery driver is very professional, always on time, and on task. In all this is a great company to deal with. Definitely recommended to everyone.
We're in a heat wave and my water was not delivered. I got a little one that's sick who needs to stay hydrated. I didn't even get a call. I did receive a message that my water was here. I have screenshots of the messages. While the customer service rep was nice and calm, I still don't have water for the weekend. I have arthritis and it makes it difficult to get it myself that's why I spend so much on the delivery service. STILL NO WATER AND ALL EMAILING DID WAS CONFIRM I HAD A DELIVERY.
