Wow, we had Sparkletts for years and they were amazing. Deliveries arrived on time, water was great, no problem. Enter PRIMO and they are horrible! Save yourself the aggravation of trying to deal with them. I call and no one answers or a machine comes on , says thank you for calling Primo Water and then hangs up on me! One of the Worst Water Delivery Experiences Ever I used to be a satisfied Primo customer—until the ReadyRefresh merger completely ruined the service. Since the transition, deliveries have become a joke. They constantly send notifications saying my water will arrive in 2–3 days, only to cancel the delivery the same day. This has happened repeatedly. I’ve called at least six times, and every time I'm assured it will be delivered “next time.” It never is. Sat on hold for over 1.5 hrs. I absolutely in dis belief. I was on hold for 40 minutes before a young lady named Pam picket up. I gave her my mother's address and explained to her the lack of delivery and customer service. She said all she could see was the address and that she would transfer me to another customer service rep, who works the new computer system to resolve this issue. We are out of water yet again….our delivery date keeps getting pushed out. I’ve even seen the Sparkletts delivery truck just outside our neighborhood but still no water delivery for us. Sent emails with absolutely no response. I’ve tried calling only to be disconnected after waiting for 15 minutes on hold. What the point of having water delivered if you do not have any water to drink? Super disappointed!!!
Started 5 years ago and was the best…. Never had problems. Equipment went out after two years they replaced it no problem brand. Never late water delivery. Ever!!!! Then with the last 6-8 months it took a turn really fast. CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. WATER IS ALWAYS LATE. CAN NEVER GET A Supervisor to call me back. They been laid on my water multiple times.
