The WORST customer service in the HISTORY of water delivery companies. Our driver and Costco rep were both excellent. That’s where it ends. They have horrific “customer service” and you can’t speak to a manager or supervisor if you have an issue. The internet chat option is useless as they disconnect after they respond and cut you off. DO NOT USE! It’s not worth it.
At 9:30 this morning, myself and several other car’s had to wait for a angry driver that walked away from his car to deliver water without no regard or concern for us tenants who had no choice but to wait for over 10 minutes because he had his truck completely blocking us from exiting or entering our complex. His driver number is 123050 and license number is 27165F3. This very inconsiderate man needs to be retrained and learn some manners. He clearly isn’t a pleasant person just bye the little interaction we all had with him
Horrible service, horrible attitude! I have subscribed through Costco. Costco should stop contribute them. I am not sure if this is the Sparkletts headquarters issue or local office issue but this affects the whole Sparkletts brand.
Service in my area is terrible. Missed deliveries and more and I'm tired of having to call this company to sort out their operational issues. I am not being paid to micromanage this delivery process and constantly correct the billing or inform them about missed or incorrect orders. I'm not willing to pay them in money AND time....it's a strong "no" from me. I'm currently looking for another delivery service.
They bought the company that I used to get my water from, and it’s been a hassle ever since. In the last few months, they’ve changed my bottle size, brand, and raised my rate, all without notification. When the changed the size from 5 gal to 3 gal, they assumed I’d only need the same number of bottles. They constantly miss delivery dates, and deliver more or less bottles than my contract requires.
