One of their semi delivery trucks tried to run me off the freeway this morning! Off of Porter Ranch Drive on the 118!! I'm already established in my lane ready to exit and maybe I'm in his blind spot so as he's merging in I'm honking like crazy to get his attention to stop merging. Tell me WHY! He continues to merge in faster and I'm on the dirt part of the freeway outside of the lane at this point trying to not get hit and he's accelerating as I'm accelerating trying to get away from him as he's about to hit me. Worst service! I have 10 empty bottles that they won't pick up! They give the excuse that there is no room on the truck. My last scheduled delivery, no one showed up. Looking for new service as I type this.
Do not order water from Sparklettes delivery service, they are not dependable; water is not delivered on the scheduled due date, therefore you are left without water. I’m so done with this service!!!!
There is a reason all of the reviews here are one star. In my case I am giving sparkletts one star because Google reviews does not have negative stars (eg -5 stars). Sparkletts and their leaking bottles have ruined our floor. I get it, things happen — but when it comes to resolving the issue nothing has happened. Sparkletts has a long list of our calls but all they do about it is give us the runaround. They even sent a representative (a delivery guy) to take a look at the problem.
