Unable to pay bill, not even sure if there is one. Emailed invoice says a fair bit is due, account online says zero due, so I can't pay it. Over two months now. Their merger is a mess.
Very poor customer service. Billing does not match up with deliveries. I had to call in 3 times and hold for over an hour. In the past I received excellent service and delivery driver was great. Now I’m wondering why I even bother.
Limited to no communication from this business, including changing pickup/drop-off leaving me with empty bottles and overcharging.
Absolutely horrible They leave the bottle s on the side walk next to my porch. I called and complained and is still happening. I called this morning to cancel my service.
Getting ahold of customer service is a nightmare. Our delivery guy was awesome but it is very expensive, so we canceled after years of having sparklets.
