Getting ahold of customer service is a nightmare. Our delivery guy was awesome but it is very expensive, so we canceled after years of having sparklets.
Very inconvenient. Ended up having to call every delivery day because something went wrong. Tried to cancel 5 times and they are still charging my account.
Poor delivery service! Have always loved Sparkletts since I was a child however getting the water delivered is a hassle. They were fine until the last delivery that was a no show. (Our delivery date is on Mondays)When I called they had no notes on our account as to why they didn’t deliver. Was told to put them out for the next day. So far horrible!! Scheduled deliveries never show up and nobody ever calls. Customer service continues to email the delivery manager to no avail or response. I have become a completely neglected and ignored customer... I've had a non functioning machine all month and NOBODY shows up when they schedule the delivery, I just sit home waiting without any courtesy call or anything.
