Since Primo has taken over Sparkletts, it's been terrible. Their billing is off and inconsistent to say the list. I was double billed in August, they have billed us 4 times in December with no explanation. Also searching for a new company.
This company is ridiculous. They keep changing our orders without authorization, and our bill for WATER is absurd. We will be looking elsewhere.
Primo took over our Sparkletts delivery a few months ago. It’s been a nightmare ever since they did. Worst service ever, missed delivery every month! Broken promises from service reps every month!
Primo/water plus or whatever they change their name too absolutely a joke of a company. Never recieved a delivery on time, was charged for a delivery i did not receive, had two customer reps tell me how sorry they were and promised water would be delivered on a specific day and both times it did not. I have the chat logs to prove it. Oh and this was all within 2 months. Too bad because we liked the water we did receive. Stay away.
