No delivery for 3 months after 4 phone calls. Terrible service and communication.
I wasn't really having late delivery issues. Think I had one or two missed deliveries I had to call about. I am giving this rating because they raised the prices and keep raising them. Their site has one price, then when I log into my account the cost rises by $4+/bottle. Wth? You should be giving loyal customers better prices, not worse. I'm cancelling. So disappointed, I've used this water since I was a kid, could have had a life long customer.
No delivery for 2 months. No explanation. No warning. Terrible!
Skips delivery sometimes over a month.
