The worst company to choose for water delivery, they wouldn’t tell u that they skip your orders but I clearly mentioned to the person that I do not want any future orders, and all the sudden this year, they delivered me two bottle of water that I did not put into my orders and force me to pay for it

Horrible Customer Service
Very unreliable and unprofessional. I had problems with Mix-Ups with my debit card and payment also there was a few weeks where you did not even deliver till Weeks Later. on other occasions they did not leave enough water or they would leave too much water during delivery. I finally decided to cancel and they gave me a date to leave the water equipment outside. they have now changed that three times and still have not picked up their device.
