I've spoken to customer service and they keep delivering water. I have a small one bedroom with 10. 5 gallon full bottles now
If I could give less than 1 star I would. After the merger, customer service went to the absolute bottom. We tried several times to schedule a delivery and they didn’t show up. We cancelled our subscription and have arranged for pickup of their equipment 3 times and they don’t show up. It’s sad that once a great company and service went down the toilets due to a merger.
I have been a customer for over 20 years. Since being bought out by primo or arrowhead, or whatever they are calling it nowadays they have been absolutely terrible. Whoever was (or is )in charge of the transition team needs to be fired immediately. Even the delivery person told me that they are the worst company he has ever worked for!!
