Absolute garbage customer service!! If I had another option I would drop these guys in a heartbeat!
I can say always had good service from sparkletts but since being bought out they have become like every other company. First our amount got changed for no reason then our dates recently we asked to switch to spring water which has been an utter nightmare we depend on this water for all drinking the switch again screwed up our amount and our date never been anything but biweekly for no reason switched to monfhly and that is after my wife got absolute gauratees from customer service the switch would not change anything if the... read more
Before was a nice place to buy water, but now doesn't worth it. Is super expensive.
