Sparkletts water is a great company ... we have had our services for 14 years now and I would cancel my home internet before I got rid the my water services if push came to shove. The customer service is generally good and the app is very useful... delivery guys are always kind and pleasant.
Great customer service and great delivery service
I placed my order to start service. They didn’t show up on the date for first delivery (Friday). I stayed home all day. I called them to see when they would deliver. They gave an excuse that they couldn’t get in the gate (which is open all day). Here we are Monday again no call no delivery. I have been in hold for 15 minutes with no resolution. La peor experiencia que he tenido en un evento organizado ademas venden paquetes de 150 personas pero no caben y no hay suficiente espacio para bailar además que la comida está horrible y la organizadora solo sabe cobrar
