This company is incompetent and everything else from the other reviews. We have repeat delivery every 2 weeks. Suddenly they have rescheduled our delivery 5 times and basically have simply stopped delivering. Seriously how hard is it to load up some water bottles and deliver them every two weeks. They care nothing for current customers. It is unbelievable how they are still in business. This company must encourage rude behavior from their drivers. I was called a "F***ing privileged white b***h" by a man that was driving a Sparkletts Water truck! Called the company & still have not got a response.

I requested new services for bottled water delivery and was on the schedule for the next week. I then waited 2 more weeks for it to be delivered. I called 5 times and was told I was on priority for the next day. No one in customer service seemed to care, they just left messages for the driver and his supervisor. They never showed so I called to cancel. I would not recommend this company.
