The staff were friendly and polite, and I also want to mention that I have had a good experience here in the past. Unfortunately, this time the service was a bit disappointing. I requested a standard interior and exterior clean, however when I collected the car I was charged for a wash and polish, which I did not ask for. I’ve been coming to this car wash for a long time, and it is by far my favourite one in Melbourne. I’m lucky to be in the area, but even if I wasn’t, I would definitely go out of my way to come here because of the level of detail and care they put into every wash. The last time I visited, I asked if they could help me with something extra that had happened, and they were more than happy to assist. I’ve just had my car washed and I’m honestly extremely happy with the result. I live on a farm, so the car was extremely dirty and even full of spider webs, and they still managed to leave it spotless. The car couldn’t have been any cleaner. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the owner, who was incredibly kind. I also found it very affordable for the quality of service they provide.
This store does an excellent job of cleaning. The store is large and very professional. There are many people coming for cleaning and the business is very good! I contacted Roop in advance and within less than an hour, they cleaned all the interior of the car! The efficiency is extremely high and the service attitude is very good! Highly recommended! Thank you Roop for cleaning my seat very cleanly!
