The Sparkleen Enterprises guy, Charles, was totally a good guy. Very honest about what he could and could not do. He knew my name and got the address correct. He was very nice and showed up to do the work when he said he would. He didn't overcharge us and used the stuff we had to do the job. He did great work in a timely manner. He was very nice and we will use him again! Please encourage people to use him, he did a great job!
I had never hired a handyman before, and my first experience was a good one. Charles thoroughly explained the problem with my Arcadia door and fixed it by just replacing the rollers. He was pleasant, and he was talkative about the details of the repair job. He was on time, his price was reasonable, and he had the required tools with him. I have no complaints at all. I have added him to my active contact list for future jobs.
If he can, he will figure out a way to charge you less. Consistant in his work.
