I usually have a good experience here but my car is still dirty in spots after paying for the 35 dollar package to target those areas. That package includes wiping down your dash, console, cup holders, inner doors etc. There’s visible grime that wasn’t touched and my mirror still has bird poop on it. The floors were vacuumed pretty nicely and the body of my car looks good but I still would’ve gotten that in the basic wash. Everyone was polite and I appreciate them working in FL heat but the extra money wasn’t worth it.
First and last time I could've done this at a gas station car wash. The $30 Tropical Mist car wash is like a cheap gas stationwash for $8. They don’t vacuum; they just blow air to move dirt around and skip wiping down the car. They add tire shine and then try to upsell you on dashboard cleaning, which is absurd since they barely clean the car to begin with. They did an okay job drying the outside but most dirt still on the car off.
Used a few times now. They do really great work. I usually bring a well traveled vehicle in and leave with showroom quality clean. Doesn’t take time? Yes but it’s also worth it to me to wait. This is not a rushed job.
Unfortunately, I had the pleasure of bringing a client’s car here for a cleaning. I wish that I was just told that car would be too dirty for them to clean. Instead they tried to double charge me for a detail. Honestly, I just wanted my money back so that I could take the car to a place where it could be taken care of. Instead of a $200 charge to remove pet hair. The manager Liz Explain that she could not give my money back under any circumstances And she was very polite about it.
