The owners, Paul and Erica, are very hardworking and do their best to make sure every costumer leaves satisfied. Anyone complaining that they weren’t told the correct prices of services either misunderstood or simply are not telling the truth. If there’s any questions, just ask Paul or Erica. The prices are very fair and reasonable. The workers here do a good job and will address any requests or concerns you have while they’re doing a manicure or pedicure. I would absolutely love to give them zero stars. When I went in, I specifically said I came in for a pedicure, a soak off of my nails and a full set. They tell me ok and sat me down in the pedicure chair. After a very painful pedicure and many cuts, I get sat down in a women’s chair and she gets very annoyed, saying she doesn’t want to soak them off. Don’t waste your time , or your money here!! Spent over an hour on gel x nails that then had to be removed since they were popping off before he even applied the color, then when I asked if he had experience with gel x he said he doesn’t want to do my nails since “ I don’t like them” literally was in awe. Waste of time
