Overall, very poor job. Will NOT go back. That was the fastest mani pedi I’ve ever had, it felt like there was a competitive for whomever could finish first, my nail tech won for sure. Many of the polishes were old and lumpy but still on the shelf. My nail beds were “buffed” with a course file, but not smoothed, you can see lines and bumps under the polish on every nail. Nails were shaped oddly.

I have been coming here for over 2 years consistently, I love sparkle and don’t go anywhere else. But in the last 6 months I have felt very rushed during my fills, I always have a different tech because I don’t have a preference but the rushed experience is the same. The price always changes, I never know what I’m going to pay that day. I’m okay with paying more for great service but I always get an almond shape fill with solid colors, rarely a design.
