I initially had a male technician (I believe his name was Calvin ). I came in requesting a new set. Instead of properly soaking off my existing acrylics, he began aggressively drilling and then used another nail tip to forcefully pry the acrylic off my natural nails. He clipped the corners and pushed underneath the acrylic until it ripped off, which was painful. When I asked about soaking, I was told I hadn’t specifically requested it. Came in just to get my toes done and I was there waiting longer than this other customer who came in after me. They ended up prioritizing her instead due to her paying for a more expensive service than me. Made me feel very lowly and not seen as a valued customer.
