I had a pedicure here several weeks ago that was really good, so I was genuinely disappointed by my manicure today. Unfortunately, this experience was completely different. I left with multiple cuticles cut and bleeding, and the basic prep work felt rushed or skipped. Hangnails and dry skin were still left around my nails, the cuticle area looked irritated and messy, and there was not a thorough cleanup under or around the nails afterward. Tuann did a great job on my gel nails!
The individual that I had was downright rude at times. I took my 5 year old with me and they charged additional amounts because she wanted different colors on her fingernails. They never said it would be an upcharge, and then charged more at the end. No designs or anything, same amount of polish used, just different colors. The bill was much higher than it should have been, the man I questioned about it did not want to adjust the amount, and then EVERY nail polish color came off her in less than 24 hours. Will not go back.
Tuanh was amazing! very detailed work. Will not be going to anyone else from now on.
