Not a big fan. Asked for a spa pedicure along with cutting my toenails. Didn’t cut my nails and I had grains left on my legs from the scrubs
The techs do a great job and the place is very clean. My issue is not with the quality of the work. However, I have never gone without a long wait . Last year, with an appointment, I waited one hour for a pedicure. Finally got my foot soak and waited another 45 minutes. I walked out determined to not come again. This was not my first experience. If I could leave zero stars, I would. This was the wordt pedi I have ever gotten. I felt very rushed. My nail tech didn’t even rub my feet at all she only massaged my calves. They also charge me to take my gel polish off and didn’t let me know that it was an extra charge which I’m fine paying for if you let me know ahead of time.
