If I could leave zero stars, I would. This was the wordt pedi I have ever gotten. I felt very rushed. My nail tech didn’t even rub my feet at all she only massaged my calves. They also charge me to take my gel polish off and didn’t let me know that it was an extra charge which I’m fine paying for if you let me know ahead of time.
When I walked in for the first time I was greeted with a smile a real smile and they young lady who did my pedi Her name was Emily was amazing, very understanding and did a great job. Got my eyebrows done and they are on point. Very Happy and I will be back!!!
It really pains me to leave a not so great review bc everyone is very nice and the salon appears to be very well maintained. However, I started going there a couple months ago- I’ve been getting acrylic/gel tips since I was 16 years old (so a loooong time) and never had any issues. Since I started going there I’ve had a lot of issues with nail irritation and fungus. I’ve gone there 3x. Each time was a bad experience. They care more about chatting with each other than the client in front of them. My pedicure lasted 20 minutes at way too high a price! I won’t be going back.
