Neo did my nails
Worst nail experience I have literally ever had. I have to go somewhere else to have the dip removed. It took them almost two hours to do dip. I asked for a manicure three times upon sitting down and they didnt do one but charged me more than $70 for a dip manicure. 6 of my 10 fingers are bleeding. She didnt buff the nails after removing the old dip or putting the new dip on so my nails are bumpy and textured. I've been going to this place since they were known as "Jane Nails." Everyone is super welcoming, kind, and talkative! I personally see Connie and have been for years... she is amazing. Every time I go, I always get excellent service and my nails/toes are always stunning :)
