We received a gift certificate for Sparkle 'n' Shine as a gift, however we've been unable to use it as they will not return our numerous calls or emails. Once we did actually get them on the phone, but when we mentioned we had a gift certificate, they hung up on us. In addition the gift certificate has an "expiry" date written on it, which is not legal.
I was about to play a fortnite cash cup with ninja (gaming legend) and when I called the company to clean my work/where I play the fortnite cash cup to clean it before the fortnite cash cup with ninja. A couple hours later I caught 3 employees named Susan, Ralphy and Kevin stealing my computer and all the other stuff in my office. Never calling this company ever again. 😡👎
