I used this company for 10 years. During that time I had to contact owner about the weekly cleaning being completed in an unacceptable manner about once a month. It would improve and then go back to being subpar. The ladies that were good would come and then the next time it would be a new crew. Had them come out to house they looked said a price that sounded good.he said u can make a appointment for morning I said ok I would .then he said I’ll call u back this evening first let me check my schedule . Then waited no call for at least 3 hrs so I figured he probably went to McDonald’s for lunch then went a few other places before calling me back but nothing. So I called back and all I got was a answering machine. So looks like I’ll be shining my floors elsewhere just a waste of time.

I did not have a good experience with their house cleaning service. First, we were told that they would be there on Tuesday for a deep cleaning between 10-11am. At 11:15am I called to see where they were. I was called back shortly and told that they would arrive around 1pm due to delays at earlier houses. At 2:15pm my wife and I began calling again to see where they were. It took until 3pm for us to get a call back which stated that they were 10-15mins away. They actually arrived at 4pm. So I found that this cleaning service. Is not on BBB or a member of the Chamber of Commerce. I also can tell you that they was they late. They wasn't able to do a deep cleaning that was promised​. They ran out of time. So it wasn't the best experience. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
