I have been taking cars there for years. The quality has dropped to the point that today was my last time. Friday I took one vehicle, horrible job. They were very busy, but that isn't an excuse. They charge the same price. Today I took a different vehicle, I was one of the first vehicles there. Again the same substandard quality. There was dirt left in numerous areas. I am sitting here wanting to stop them from cleaning our truck. The lady behind the counter should not deal with the public. I like dealing with happy people when spending my money. So grateful for not living here.

You guys literally only vacuumed the inside of my car & did nothing else. In total I paid $40 for stuff I could of done myself. I had to get someone to clean out my middle console, & he still didn't do it correctly. You also missed under my seats. I understand you're busy, but you wasted my money & now I'm having to clean up after things you guys should of done. That's why I came to begin with. I didn't want to clean my car myself. Waste of time (spent an hour waiting) & waste of money.
