I used to frequent this detail shop until February this year. They gouged my paint to the metal in numerous places while hand drying it. When I confronted the manager at the time, his response was, "What year is it, it's old." It's a 2007, was in pristine condition. I take pride in my vehicle. They lost my trust.
They used to do a great job but today the inside of my was barley wiped down , still see dust and dirt on my dashboard. Doesn't look like they vacuumed the back seat.But I'm sorry for $25 I could of done a better job myself. I called saying basically I wasn't happy because these things were not done and all I got was okay have a good day. Just lost a good customer.
