I am a 16 year old girl who dropped off my necklace in September and went to pick it up today. I had a horrible experience with the service. When I went to pick up my necklace, I gave them my debit card for payment. The jewelers wife at the counter told me it was declined, which I knew wasn't true because there was money on the card. You guys are really unprofessional! I’ve been trying to get in touch with your store regarding my jewelry piece and updates but no one is answering the phone since 12:33pm! I’m going to be extremely annoyed and bothered if I have to drive from Pelham Manor to the Bronx just to ask for an update on my jewelry piece because no one is answering the phone… really unprofessional.
Terrible experience, brought a ring last year in June tried to exchange for money and the man told me it was fake leaving a mark on my finger. I spent 3k on a ring and I’m extremely disappointed
