Brought in our rings for resizing. My husbands rings also had the matte finish replaced on the band. They look brand new, and maybe better than when we bought them 20 years ago. Thank so much. Very happy and will definitely recommend anyone that need theirs rings worked on to go sparkle .
No salesmanship and overpriced. Did not seem enthusiastic about me coming back to check out a pair of earrings, and did not want to negotiate. Both staff members seem annoyed that I was trying to make a deal and did not make me feel welcome.
I am actually changing my review. I originally thought they did a fantastic job. So they did do a great job redipping the ring in rhodium. And they are extremely friendly. Unfortunately they did a terrible job retipping the claws on my diamond. They made them so huge and tall and uneven heights! I went back and they made them a little smaller but said that is how it was supposed to look. I ended up taking it to another jeweler and they fixed it beautifully for me, unfortunately for an additional cost.
I liked it. Excellent service. The people are very friendly, and the jewelry accessories are very pretty. Kanika
