I'll continue to go where I normally go location wise because you pay for a add on item and don't get it that's stealing!! With that being said no tire shine.. I ask about it and the attendee guy said they don't do that at this location... huh... I'm thinking it may have skipped... I took a step back and looked at all the csra no one had and it was like 7 cars out there
I caught them while they're having an unbeatable promotion. The costumer service, the wash, and the price is absolutely worth it.
Tried canceling my membership yesterday over the phone and on website before it charged account for the next month got some stupid ai assistant and when I asked for a rep went straight to voicemail and the box was full. I would like my charge for this month refunded as I put in my cancel request beforehand twice!
Great service and friendly personnel
I've had my membership at this location way before Hurricane Helene, paying for services even when this location was closed. I have had some bad experiences in the past, i.e., losing power, cars stopping in the tunnel, no towels, and maybe four or five vacuum cleaners working. But my visit yesterday took the cake - trash everywhere in the vacuum area, and there was barely any shine on my tires.
