My visit to Sparkle Dental was phenomenal. The receptionist Ms Champagne was very warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. She answered all my many questions with ease.The overall team there is great, atmosphere welcoming and they made my visit satisfying. Thanks everyone.
I had an amazing experience at Sparkle Dental! From the time I walked in the front door to when it was time for me to leave, I was handled well. The entire staff was professional and friendly. I would also like to give a special mention to Shakira and Cathy at the front desk. They were patient, helpful and kind enough to even laugh at a few of my jokes. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

I had a disappointing experience with Sparkle Dental. I was promised a partial refund of $2,860.92 for Invisalign and $44 for an extraction that wasn’t performed. They confirmed via email that the refund would be processed by July 31, 2024. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails—at least six—I received no response, and the refund has still not been applied to my account.
