I had a disappointing experience with Sparkle Dental. I was promised a partial refund of $2,860.92 for Invisalign and $44 for an extraction that wasn’t performed. They confirmed via email that the refund would be processed by July 31, 2024. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails—at least six—I received no response, and the refund has still not been applied to my account. The dentist was very gentle and if you’re scared of pain like me, then it’s important that you know there’s nothing to be scared about…let Sparkle dental take care of you!!!
The dentist was very patient and handled my delicate tooth removal with care and professional expertise. He told me exactly what he was doing while conducting the procedure. I left feeling sore, as part of the procedure but the overall treatment in the office was great. I followed his directives for after care folloeing the procedure and I am back to work feeling great. It was the most amazing experience. First of all the fact that they saw me the same day empathizing with the pain I was in was awesome.
