We have a vacation home that we have cleaned every other week. They do a great job keeping the place up and cleaning after big weekends! The communication and response to has always been superb. We trust them and would highly recommend them.
My house is a little over 3000 Sq ft but I only ask for a small portion to be cleaned! I tried to find someone to help since my back issues prevent me from doing much. No one came back a second time till I found sparkle cleaning!!! The ladies are friendly, and do a wonderful job considering the mess my home is, best of all they keep coming back!!!! Thank you so much for helping do what I can't!!!!
Similar to other comments below, the cleaning quality is disappointing. Their fees seem a little high in my opinion.
I used Sparkle Cleaning for a deep-cleaning before I put my house on the market. I am very disappointed with the quality of the job and also the customer service. Many things that are advertised as part of a "deep clean" were NOT done and I had to spend 7 hours the following day doing them, including the stove top, baseboards, blinds and windows. To top that off, I was told AFTER the job that it would be charged $100 more than quoted, although I was not contacted about this during the job. The quote was already $300. When I ... read more
