I arrived at 5:55pm which was 5 minutes to close at this location on Saturday. There was another man entering the store with me. The woman assisted this man and told me the store was closed and she had no time to accept my 3 shirts. I stated that I thought the store was open until 6:00pm and the woman said it was open until 6, but she didn’t want to take the time to ring me up. I was a bit shocked as the woman was rude and unapologetic. I dont know if she was an owner or just a worker, but the store shouldn’t be in business ... read more

Did not remove any of the stains. Could not have cared less and charged me $10 for doing the same thing I could have done at home by throwing my toddlers dress in the washing machine except I had to take a lot of time dropping it off and picking it up. Full price!! Not one stain was removed. They were not even hard set in stains.
