They dont allow you to go back with your child the excuse is hippa yet answer the phones on speaker while patients are providing information which is in fact a hippa violation
I Love Sparkle City Dental the staff is excellent and they are always on top of updating us about our child next appointment!! I also love the office space ! My daughter has been a patient with this dentist office for 9 years !! They are the best with teethe cleaning , extractions and more ! I definitely recommend Sparkle City Dental ! Oh 1 more thing ! They offer braces now !!
This is the worst place to take a child. I had the orthodontist place braces on my child. Only for them to dismiss her case and now refuse to take them off. They never returned calls or even let me know they dismissed her from their care. The supervisor was rude on the phone. Now I can't get my daughter's braces removed. This is not very business like.
Would not recommend. Long wait times.. unprofessional.. I cannot even put what I truly want to say. P.O.S. place!
Everyone is so nice here. My kids have been going here for years.
