My daughter is a patient here and she amd I both absolutely love this dentistry! The staff is exceptional in their professionalism and dedication in giving their patients the best smiles. So happy to be part of the Sparkle City Dental family!
Absolutely ridiculous experience. I had a 2:00 PM appointment, arrived on time, and was told it was canceled because I didn’t reply to a confirmation text. Mind you, I was never late, never called to cancel, and showed up ready for my appointment. Then I’m told they “just made up a policy today” saying if you don’t text back, your appointment is automatically canceled. Since when do businesses invent policies the day of and expect patients to magically know? Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time.
Wouldn’t even give any stars. Took my first born to the dentist for the first time ever the girl who brushed her teeth was amazing. The doctor thought ridiculous. Laughing because my child was crying because she did not want them to look at her teeth then they put the vitamin on her teeth and the doctor jumped because my daughter had saliva coming out her mouth cause she was crying and they still continued to put it on and the doctor ran out the door like she was scared or something.
