I think it’s sick how they run this basement braces because I have had mine since April 1!!! It is now jun6 same color same wire same everything then when you wanna call they have the audacity to had a nasty attitude as if the service is a1 me and my homegirls and upset worst experience every on top of that they still want that money tho EVERYBODY CANCEL
very unprofessional with scheduling. i’ve had only my top braces for 2 going on 3 months with no tightening, cleaning, or anything. my appointments get rescheduled without me knowing and they don’t communicate. shut this basement operation stuff down immediately
After confirming an appointment and taking the time off work they canceled my child's appointment saying they only have one doctor. You cant expect parents to just take several different days because your office does not know how to run efficiently
The entire office is great from the front desk to the back office dental staff. I am also grateful that my daughter was able to get her braces for an affordable price. Now her confidence is through the roof! Thank you guys.
