Nice practice but super slow seems like everybody moves at their own pace if you have something to do dont make am early appointment
They refuse to answer their phones and even scheduling appointments doesn't work because they will cancel them the day before with no notice or warning. They don't want business and they refuse to do their jobs.
My daughter had an ortho appointment in April it had to be cancelled because the doctor was sick, they rescheduled the appointment for July 30th. This morning I called she can’t come on July 30th because the doctor is going to be out again no one called to say can we change the appointment now she can’t come to August that’s 4 months that she hasn’t seen the orthodontist.
The dentist took a long time to come in and once she did come in she did not speak or say anything…she look at my son’s teeth for not even a minute asked her assistant something and left out the room, no have a nice day or nothing just rude but yea I think this will be my first and last time coming here! But the assistant was nice and welcoming!
