Wouldn’t even give any stars. Took my first born to the dentist for the first time ever the girl who brushed her teeth was amazing. The doctor thought ridiculous. Laughing because my child was crying because she did not want them to look at her teeth then they put the vitamin on her teeth and the doctor jumped because my daughter had saliva coming out her mouth cause she was crying and they still continued to put it on and the doctor ran out the door like she was scared or something. Attentive to detail
I am beyond aggravated, I gave it 1 star to post this, when it would be NO STARS. my daughter braces was taken off in September 2025, final payment came out 9/13/2025 of 170, another payment came out in October of 130 (no dentist will take braces off without payment in full) I called the remainder of October for my refund, no one never answered until November and it was confirmed which I have the recording stating I was owed a refund , . I look in the mail thinking it was the check and it was a letter stating I now OWE them ... read more
Update..Deserves 0 stars. Will waste your time. Twice now I’ve had an appointment for my daughter and they wouldn’t see her. First time a few months back the doors were locked and no one answered the doors. Now today the “systems” were down. No heads up, no call. So many dentists in Spartanburg, no need to use a company that’s ran so bad and just okay with wasting your time.
