I took my new truck thru their car wash and came out with scratches on the paint. I had hand-washed and waxed on Tuesday, Aug, 29th and no scratches. I went thru their car wash on Friday, Sept 1st. Paint scratched. Less than 1300 miles on the vehicle. I had a chance to meet with the owner on Sept. 25. He said that he felt that it did not come from their wash, but would take care of it.
