I go this place because of the coupon in the Valpak and because it’s close to my house. But I NEVER get the results I’m looking for. Each time it’s just mediocre service. I have to find a better option. Today my trunk still had visible dirt on it AFTER it was washed and wiped down. And they left a wet spot on my back seat! Ugh!

I paid for a deluxe wash and the vehicle came out with dirt on the hood and roof The attendant said I would have to have it detailed. I wet thumb and it wiped right off Their position is that if it doesn't come off in the car wash it needs detailing . This place sucks and I will not give them any more of my money.
I payed for a deluxe car wash and did not get any wax and told them about it and they refused to do anything about it. Also have gone before and they never wiped the back window of the car. Had to ask them to to do it. I will never go back again very unprofessional.
Not only have we experienced substandard work, they broke our driver side mirror and they refuse to pay, indicating they don't pay for vehicles older then 5 years.
A Shame – My special edition Monte Carlo ( only 2424 were made) was damaged when the employee whom was to retrieve my car as it exited the wash was not there. My car rolled until it ran into a truck that was parked infront of the car wash exit. The manager promised to have the damage but when asked to sign a paper stating he would repair the car he responed (rudely) "I told you I would pay for the damage" and REFUSED to sign the paper.
