Came in for an express detail, was informed there were not enough employees to offer this service today. Very frustrating.
Several frustrating experiences at this place. Once you pull up you know longer and see the packages. But if you ask for the Deluxe you end up with a basic wash. I ask does that include floor mats, etc they say no but we will add it extra. Why not advise there is a package that includes the mats, tire shine, etc? I paid more than the next package to get my mats washed and yet no one points out until I complain at the end that tires are not shined that it is my fault for not ordering the number 3. so happy to have found Sparkle Brite. My car looks great
Always hard working team, and so many packages. You can spend choose what suits your budget, whether its a basic wash or inside and out with a wax on the exterior. I haven't tried the detail package yet but its the best rate I've seen and I'm going to give it a try this summer!
Meh. Overpriced and half-@ssed. Very disappointing.
I was expecting more. My doors are still dirty after paying for supreme wash, not worth it.
The exterior looks great but the detailing was definitely lacking this time around. I've gone to this place before with other vehicles without any issue in the past. It could be because I brought an older vehicle (this time) but regardless, I found interior "cleaning" very sloppy this time.
