RecommendedMax is my 5 year old schnauzer. He has been a regular customer of Sparkle Bark for the past 4 years when we found this groomer. Chris, the owner, provides a wonderful groom (from bath, dry, clip, ears cleaned, and toenails trimmed) each and every time...which is every 6 weeks. I have peace of mind that Chris is a loving, compassionate groomer because Max runs to the car with excitement when I ask him if he wants to go see "Miss Chris" at Sparkle Bark. Was hoping that they lived up to the reviews on here, but they didn't. Takes way too long b/c they have too many dogs in there at one time. They had 12 dogs and 2 people in there when I went to pick up my dog. They wanted over 6 hours for a bath and grooming. They only completed a bath but charged me for the whole grooming. Disappointed.
