Hi, my name is Monica, and this was my first time ordering flowers to Massachusetts over the phone. I happened to call Sparkle Flowers, and I’m so glad I did. The young lady who helped me was absolutely amazing. Since it was my first time doing this, I had a lot of questions, and she was so patient, friendly, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife for a happy day, they went above and beyond to make sure she received them fresh even going as far as sending another bouquet because the first one didn’t get delivered when she was home. They were beautiful flowers, and the service is outstanding. 10 out of 10 recommend!
