Horrible experience here tonight. I called earlier this afternoon to make an appt for 6:30 for manicure and pedicure. When I arrived I was greeted by screaming and yelling for 10 min where they kept saying my name over and over. Then I was told that the person I made an appointment with had already left- I didn’t schedule with anyone in particular so idk what theyre talking about. I loved it at first but last time I was there I had a 12 o'clock appointment, so I got there 10 minutes early, the worker was working on someone else, then she came over to me and said I was too early, I said it's ok I'll wait, she then proceeded to tell me to come back at 12:30 when my appointment was at 12. I refuse and I ask her to find someone else to do my nails, which she did but I had to wait another extra 10 minutes. A positive is that it’s always quick and easy to get a service. The negative is they don’t use clean water or empty the basins during a pedicure. You shouldn’t have to ask them to rinse with fresh water—it’s just gross.

Positive is it’s always nice & easy to get a service. Negative is not using clean water or emptying out basins during a pedicure. You shouldn’t have to ask them to rinse with clean water. Gross !
