I don’t like to give bad reviews but I want to help others to avoid wasting money. In the past (years ago) I have come to this salon and been satisfied, but the last two times I came I was highly disappointed. They are always understaffed and keep people waiting way longer than they should. I went today to get dip powder removed and decided to do regular polish so I’m able to remove it myself at home eventually. It came out terrible. I don’t typically like to leave negative reviews of places, but sometimes places like these deserve it. I went in today for a soak off and a regular gel manicure. When seated for a soak off, they left me sitting for approximately 50 minutes. During this 50 minutes, the gentleman working proceeded to yell at his other coworkers, making the environment very uncomfortable and not relaxing. While also talking to customers, he was very rude.
