This provider is extremely overpriced and constantly nickel-and-dimes customers. They charged thousands for a mouth guard, then billed separately for everything — including a second guard to reset the jaw, cleaning supplies, doctor visit, and more. They also charge full doctor visit fees even when there’s no real consultation. My second visit was just to pick up the guard, yet I was billed as a full appointment and made to watch a sales video. Excellent doctor and supporting staff.
Stay AWAY from this dentist and spark sleep solutions. They say one thing and do different thing. They have all these students deal with you at the clinic. You never get to see doctor, or they stand in their word. I had very bad experience.
Spark Sleep did a great job making me a snore-guard (mouth-guard that advances my jaw forward to mitigate snoring). VERY professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful!
0. I had to pay $95 copay because it was emergency appointment. I went in today becausd the new mouthguard is defective. I left it there for 3 weeks to repair. Shouldn't that kind of visit to fix defective mouthguard be free?
