Hung up on me mid explanation and caller sounded rude
When they tell you they will call you to make an appt....no they will not. Make the appt right then. If you forget and finally call them, than the appt is almost 2mo later than it should be.
I’ve had good and bad experiences here I would say. Dental staff sometimes seems to be under qualified imo, which I think explains why I have had my braces on for several years with not a lot of progress. Previously, the male orthodontists were not very helpful, and I had to always ask questions just to get my treatment moving forward because I was not seeing any progress.
