My daughter has had her braces on for 4 years no removal date even communicated. Place has gone way downhill. They have so many patients they can’t even schedule your next appointment. They accepted way more patients than they can possibly service. The department of health probably needs to step in at this point. Last time we actually had an appointment they almost did another patients procedure before the tech was stopped. At that appointment we said her bracket is broken.
