Very polite and made me smile with a chipper personality
My daughter broke off a bracket and her tongue crib. She happen to have a routine braces checkup scheduled a few days later, I was not sure that they will be able to repair all of that in the time that was allotted (since it was supposed to Be a quick check up), But they repaired all of it and we’re very nice about it and not upset! I was very impressed and very thankful!
