Poor availability access for scheduling because we have state insurance. 😢 we missed an appointment due to 2 hr delay and the "closest appointment was 4 months out" which is complete Bullshit if i had other insurance that would not of been the case.. so that means my daughter was made to go without ortho care for almost 6 months. Unacceptable OK . Then pulling into the lot outside its unkept poor landscaping and mowing, weeds everywhere. Also it was not clean back in the room.
