My nails are still trying to recover from the excessive drilling. I went in for a powder dip manicure and needed the previous dip removed. The woman drilled/buffed my natural nails to remove the previous dip and now my nails have dents and are so thin. They are breaking in the nail bed. I will l never go there again.
I haven’t gotten my nails done here before but wow. They did an amazing job, my nail tech was Sandy. I showed her a shape and design reference and she got them on point. Definitely recommend.
I walked into this place during their open hours, only to be told by the manicurist that he simply wasn’t doing anyone else—no explanation, no apology, just complete disregard for a paying customer. If you’re looking for a business that operates on mood rather than professionalism, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the time and go somewhere that actually wants clients.
