Spark Cycling Studio has officially converted me into a spin person! The classes are challenging, energizing, and so much fun. I love how inclusive and welcoming the studio and instructors are. One thing that really stood out was the instructors ending class with, "Drink water and eat food." I appreciate the focus on fueling our bodies to get stronger and healthier rather than shrinking ourselves. If you're looking for a spin studio that's welcoming, challenging, and fun, Spark is it!
The best spin studio! (I wish I had more time lately to go!!) It is ALWAYS a great experience. Phenomenal instructors, great playlists, an inspiring owner and wonderful community. I love everything about this studio.
