Not a good work environment I don’t recommend working there and you feel bad for the customers when they go into the wash when they clean the car I be selling my buisness at that car wash when I was working there and now they my clients besides I went to go thru it and it had scratched the whole car

Customer service sucks! They are responsible for scratching and dent my new vehicle. They said they put the claim in but no one has reached out to me.

I mistakenly got charged 44.78 on my charge card and someone refuses to reimburse me my money at corporate however; Bobby reimbursed me at the lumberton NJ car wash and, corporate turned around and declined the refund and re-charged me and, it seems I also am not permitted to get my car washed because of a time delay… This was outrageous that I’m out money and a couple of car washes! Please help clean and vacuum up this messy situation. Thanks

Was charged 5 times on my CC. Manager says company is aware of this but he can’t help. Call Corp and nobody gets back to you. Now been over a week. I showed them the proof I was charged and Manager says I could have created that myself. Like I have time to do that. Not only am I being charged but account not back on and can’t even get the car washed unless I pay again. Is this a big joke or what.
