Friendly staff, great parking, but rooms and breakfast need work We had a mixed experience staying here. On the positive side, the staff members were friendly and accommodating, and we stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. I am writing to formally complain about my experience at the Spark hotel in Wichita Falls. I wish I could give zero stars, because they don't even deserve one! Over the last three days, I have been driving from New Jersey to Texas to pick up my daughter. Today alone, I drove more than 12 hours.
