Barking dog in wee hours of the morning. Tile in bathroom loose. Reported to management and didn’t get a response.
Clean, beautifully decorated & comfortable bed. Staff wasn't really friendly or informative. No bar of soap in room. No cups/glasses in room. No microwave in room. No coffee maker in room. Staff didn't inform of anything except room number. No hot food for breakfast: just cereal, muffins, bagels, hard boiled eggs, juices, yogurt, mandarin oranges and apples. Coffee was in lobby, full of coffee grounds.
Stayed here for a day ! And had a very good experience.
Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. The room was very nice but the fan in the bathroom doesn't work. Also, you could hear the highway and it was quite loud. In my profile preferences we indicate that we would appreciate a quiet room. Finally, a very sparse breakfast is provided.
Clean modern and the staff was friendly… that being said WAY overpriced, $250 for an average hotel room experience, AC didn’t work well at all, it was in the coldest setting and barely comfortable with an outside temp in the 50s, breakfast was unremarkable, for the price it would have been nice to offer a hot food option that didn’t require a toaster.
