Family stayed here with dog and 2 kids. Rooms were fine. Breakfast options are limited and don’t accommodate various dietary restrictions (mostly bagels and other items that contain wheat). Tried using bedside charger for smart watch via usb c, but charger was defective, burned our cord, and left a burning smell in the room. We talked with onsite staff and received very poor customer service. Stay was functional but we had a pretty negative experience due to lack of food options and poor customer service.
Hotel and room smelled. There was a ring of dirt around the bathtub. There was a whole in the bathroom wall. Toilet barely worked. Breakfast was disgusting. Dogs everywhere the hotel barking like crazy!! On top of everything I complained to Hilton. They had the hotel reach out to me by email BUT I have sent 5 emails back to them with no response!!!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. The bed was great.
Excellent front desk service and help by April, Brittany, Sarah, and Shali. All were very kind and willing to help, even with the extras. Enjoyed our stay here. Clean and warm atmosphere. Just a short drive into St. Joseph and attractions. Aldi next door and Meijers makes it even more convenient.
