Last minute stay for family emergency. And my Called the local number to make reservation she had to call the front desk to see if there was a room because I was after midnight. Had to call twice to get somebody to let us in the front door only to find out when we got a room key I could have went up the stairs and back down the elevator to the lobby. Not for guest security! Not much to the room, which was fine we were only here for 5 hours, but no cups in the room???
Worst experience ever. Staff is super rude. Manager is never available, not sure they even have one. I spend over 100+ nights at Hilton annually and ill be staying at Marriotts when I have work in this area.
Stopped here by mistake around 8pm on Saturday and the woman at the front desk was very rude with a lot of attitude. No help. Plus the front door was locked and you had to go to a side entrance. Very inconvenient
