Excellent mattress; great sleeping; quiet. Clean with attention to detail. Breakfast had good variety for the Sparks brand. We trust the Hilton name & find their hotels to consistently meet our expectations. Other hotel chains are getting sloppy. Please don't follow their trends & keep your hotels up-to-date and detailed well.
We booked a say here for 1/17/2026. The reservation was through booking.com. The hotel canceled the reservation the day of and when I called and asked what was going on they said I just needed to come in and they would honor the price. We ended up with a room that was decent. The “continental breakfast” in the morning was a joke. Upon check out there were three pending charges which none are the original price holding up over $200 dollars. Overall a great experience. Unfortunately there was some water damage above my shower and the door to my bathroom didn't close quite right. I reported the issues at checkout and they said they would take care of them. A-Aron at check in was amazing! Great customer service! The guy at check out was nice as well. I didn't catch his name though. Breakfast was basic breakfast, but had a wide selection of items (bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal).
The hotel was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the whole place smelled like weed.
Well I love the online check in. Whisk in right to my room. I’m usually traveling for work and bring food for my shifts, so the tiny mini fridge was kind of a bummer. Room was quiet enough. Location was fine. No complaints aside from no microwave and small mini fridge. Bed was comfy. Shore was fine
