I had a wonderful stay at Spark by Hilton! Aaron at the front desk made a great first impression. He checked me in quickly, asked if I had stayed there before, and when I told him I hadn't, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed to know—where everything was located, breakfast hours, and other helpful information. That personal touch was truly appreciated. My room was conveniently located near the entrance, which made it easy to come and go. Típico motel a las afueras de una gran ciudad, lo debe haber comprado la cadena Hilton pero la calidad no tiene nada que ver con ese grupo hotelero. El suelo del hotel necesita un cambio de moqueta urgente y deberían limpiar el ascensor porque da miedo.
Terrible stay. Dirty...bugs...poor service. Absolutely a terrible place. Dirty floors in bathrooms when wet made towels brown. Elevator floor so dirty I didnt event want to walk on it in sandals. Morning bfast..coffee empty... not kept clean (cereal, bagel crumbs all over)...ants in room. One room in our party had disgusting sheets in it from previous guests... Do not stay here!
Stayed in a 3rd floor room. Positives: The room was clean. The beds were comfy. The breakfast food was fresh, just not hot. They had bagels with cream cheese, oat meal muffins, breakfast cereal and coffee. You could get a banana or an apple. They had hard boiled eggs too. Just no hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon. Negatives: the common area halls are a bit dingy. My room itself was fine. Shower was hot and tub drained fine. It's an okay place. The management people were very accommodating.
I usually travel a lot for work but this stay was one of the least clean rooms I stayed in. The bathroom had water damage on the walls with what looked like mold starting to from on the wall with the tub paint chipping. There was at least 6 spiders I killed in that bathroom. And I found a booger on one of the towels. I have stayed here in the past so maybe just a bad experience.
