I was not too impressed. The room smelled horribly of BO. Instead of asking for a new room I just told the guy at the desk that it smelled in there and could he get some air freshener or something while we were out for dinner. He did and it was a teeny bit better but not much. The rooms air conditioner was controlled by a thermostat, which never adequately cooled the room off, no matter what temperature we set it at. Stayed here on business over 4 weeks with business associate and more than once have they rented rooms to get a better rate no courtesy call from management and they just smile..i do not recomend you here on business and if u do come see emily..sweet young girls who did all she could..maybe she should be promoted..do not stay here on business.btw bring ur own batteries remotes never have and front desk keeps giving you old batteries.
Edit: I have yet to receive an email with “proof” of “dogs in my room”. Which, for a woman that travels alone, is incredibly alarming. This means they have CAMERAS INSIDE THE ROOMS! I also believe this facility has bed bugs - no other explanation for a patterns of small itchy welts all over my body that have developed since my stay. There were small black hairs all over the linens and a gross film over everything, so I’m not surprised. I will be contacting Hilton corporate to report the condition of this establishment. My stay is for 21 days and I asked for a 3rd floor room (top) because I work at night and sleep during the day. And they gave me a room right next to the elevator where the elevator takes up a portion of the room And there's only enough room to walk around the bed. A 21 day stay in one of the noisiest rooms that is small. Thank you for the consideration when I asked for a top floor because I didn't need people above me during the day stomping around, but I get this instead.
