Best hotel we’ve stayed at so far. Most likely will return in the future. Minor drainage issue with the sink but that was the only issue.
Stayed at spark for while in town for the state Fair and it was really good experience! The hotel and room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Big shoutout to the night staff guy super helpful and welcoming even late at night.
Had a great stay at spark. Checked in late night but the front desk guy was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again!
The people that works at this hotel are nice and pleasant. We was here for a work trip. The room smelled like funky feet. The sick was leaking water. They did not come clean our room the entire time we were there. I had to call for wash cloths and towels. They suppose to come out every other day and didn’t. The guy did offer to come out after I called but we were already in the room late afternoon so it wasn’t no need. We had a big cricket in the room. It was a mess. Everything was great! I must give my complements for the young man who greeted me when I arrived last night. He is definitely energetic and enthusiastic, the perfect person for the front desk. Fantastic customer service from him. Also complements to the young woman at the desk this morning, who helped retrieve a couple of documents I printed yo a meeting this morning. Fantastic experience!
